We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right by the lake and just up to the fortress. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed advice about souvenirs. Furthermore, the hotel had excellent room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire services. our experience here was top-notch.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

we were able to visit south karelian art museum that was next to the hotel. cozy room and delicious breakfast to start the day. we liked the venue's the food and location.

The room was great so as the bath-room - the only bath-room from all hotels I've stayed, that deserved excellent mark! I liked hotel's bikes, liked having parking place for my car absolutly free-of-charge.

I didn't like lack of light in the hotel room in dark hours - I have poor vision so it was difficult for my to read with the shortage of bright light.

Very convenient a a transit stop for travelling by car from Russia to inland Finland. Spacious nearby parking area.

Rather limited choice of dishes at breakfast. No slippers, and toiletteries in the room, but soap.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of fresh and healthy food options. The hotel staff were also friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was remarkable, with everything in pristine condition.

Lovely hotel with park view, near lake and town. Delicious Finnish breakfast with variety. Helpful staff, great advice. Women's sauna and Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, tidy room. Perfect location, 5min from lake. Fresh and healthy breakfast.

The number is comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well in the room.

The Russian TV chanal didn`t work. The free parking is very small. The soundproofing is not good ( you can hear all behind the wall in next room ).

The hotel is well-located in the center of the city, close to shopping centers, the harbor, and the beautiful lake. the room was disappointing as it was too small for two people and had limited amenities. the bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to use. the breakfast options were also quite limited, and the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to our expectations.

The small size and lack of amenities in the room were not worth the price paid.
